Since 1997 I have been involved in business consulting, contributing my knowledge, experience and points of view on your current situation, your objectives, your processes, your competitors, as well as in the review of the work done and in readjusting strategies to achieve the business objectives. If there is one thing I have learned, and confirmed, during my professional career, it is that there are no magic solutions on the consultant’s side. My job is to work together with the entrepreneur, who is the true specialist and connoisseur of his business and his market. Based on this premise, the road we travel together will have a greater chance of success.

Antonio Guerrero's work experience
My professional career can be divided into two branches: business consultancy and trainer in strategic management and entrepreneurship.
Since 1995, I have been giving training courses and conferences on business policy and strategic management, as well as entrepreneurship and management skills. Currently, I combine my business training with teaching work at ESESA Malaga, specifically in the MBA Postgraduate, MBA Executive and Master of Entrepreneurship in Technology (MEET) programmes.
As for my consultancy work, I started in 1997, collaborating with SMEs and entrepreneurs in their competitive development within their respective business sectors. Since then, I have worked with all types of companies and business sectors, such as: Professional Services, Healthcare, Logistics, Tourism, Agri-Food, Distribution and ICT, among others, as well as in Public Administration projects focused on entrepreneurship.

Luis Coll
I started my professional career at Deloitte. After some years in the audit department, I worked as CFO at chicfy, a well-known startup in Malaga.
After leading the negotiations to obtain a good exit for the partners, I continued developing my professional career in the financial management of different companies, being part of the management committees and boards of directors.
I am also passionate about training, which is why I teach accounting and finance at ESESA.
